Two outdoor units exposed to everyday outdoor hazards
Heavy rain, wind, dust, splashes, minor impacts… Two outdoor units installed side by side can be particularly exposed to the conditions and everyday hazards of their surroundings.
The DECOClim XXL lateral double air conditioner cover adds an extra layer of protection around each unit while concealing their technical appearance. It therefore addresses both the need to protect the equipment and the desire to integrate two particularly large outdoor units more discreetly into their surroundings.
Two separate XXL covers for two side-by-side outdoor units
The lateral double configuration consists of two complete XXL covers positioned side by side, each designed for its own outdoor unit. The two units therefore remain separate and each retains its own space: unlike the stacked double model, there is no shared internal volume.
This arrangement is specifically suited to installations with two outdoor units positioned next to each other. Both benefit from the same cover design, proportions and finish, creating a more consistent appearance across the full width of the installation.
An aluminium cover designed for long-lasting outdoor use
Protecting the equipment also depends on the choice of material. Made from 100% powder-coated aluminium, DECOClim covers are designed to withstand outdoor conditions and everyday impacts.

Cream White (RAL 9001) for a softer-looking XXL installation
With two elements of this size positioned side by side, colour has a significant impact on the final appearance. Cream White (RAL 9001), warmer than a pure white, works particularly well with beige, cream or naturally toned façades, as well as in settings where a softer contrast is preferred.
It therefore helps reduce the visual presence of the two XXL covers without making the installation appear too prominent.
Is your installation also visible from the rear? You can complete each cover with a Cream White XXL aluminium back panel: two back panels are therefore required for this double configuration.
Protecting the units while maintaining proper operation
An air conditioner cover should never turn protection into enclosure. Each DECOClim front panel features louvered slats that promote air circulation, while a rear offset of at least 7 cm helps maintain the space required around each unit.
