Depth rails +40 cm - set of 4 - Cream white (RAL 9001)

Adapt an air conditioner cover to a deeper installation

An installation may perfectly match a particular cover size in terms of width and height while still requiring greater depth. This is particularly the case when the outdoor unit is especially deep or when the existing configuration requires more space between the wall and the front of the cover.

The DECOClim +40 cm Cream White depth rails allow the cover to be adapted to this type of requirement without having to consider a custom enclosure or unnecessarily change its other dimensions.

This accessory for air conditioner covers therefore provides a simple way to increase the available depth while retaining a configuration suited to the equipment already installed.

Replace the +15 cm depth rails with an extension of up to +40 cm

DECOClim aluminium covers are supplied as standard with depth rails that allow their depth to be adjusted by up to +15 cm. When this is not sufficient, the +40 cm depth rails replace them directly.

The two systems are therefore not combined: the standard +15 cm depth rails must be removed before installing the new +40 cm depth rails.

Each depth rail measures 60 cm in total. The 40 cm correspond to the available depth extension, while the remaining 20 cm are used to secure the component to the structure of the cover.

This provides 25 cm of additional depth compared with the original maximum adjustment, increasing the range from +15 cm to +40 cm. Depending on the size of the cover, this extension can also allow certain configurations to exceed 1.20 m in total depth.

Reinforced fixing to maintain the rigidity of the structure

Significantly increasing the depth of a cover requires a sufficiently rigid connection between the structure and the new depth rails.

They are made from 2 mm thick aluminium and feature a reinforced fixing area. A reinforcement plate around the two bolting points also helps strengthen the assembly and limit the risk of twisting.

This design allows the depth rails to provide durable fixing support for an outdoor air conditioner cover, under the same exposure conditions as the rest of the enclosure.

A Cream White RAL 9001 finish to match your cover

This version is available in Cream White RAL 9001 to maintain a consistent finish with your DECOClim cover. Warmer than pure white, this shade is particularly well suited to cream or light beige façades and outdoor settings featuring soft, natural tones.

The +40 cm Cream White aluminium depth rails can be installed on all our Cream White DECOClim aluminium covers, regardless of size. For example, they can be used with our Cream White S air conditioner cover.

If you are unsure about the compatibility of the accessory with your cover or about the configuration best suited to your installation, the DECOClim customer service team is available to advise you.
